In these times of product availability issues, we are sourcing from several suppliers to keep items available for you. DCC items have been hit the hardest. We ask that you read the sections below to better understand inventory status and how we process. If you would like to check the status of your items before placing an order, we are more than happy to work with you on that.

Inventory:

When you place your order, we pre-authorize your payment. Pre-authorizations do expire in about 30 days per banking rules. If your pre-authorization expires while waiting for product to arrive, we will contact you to place your order again. You will not loose your place in line. Your order is prioritized! We do not charge your order until we pack it and is ready to ship. 

We do not keep a live inventory count on most items. Please note we have activated inventory tracking for Cannon & Company and a few other lines.

 

  • ADD TO CART: Typically means item is available or is on order and not backordered from the manufacturer or supplier.

 

  • PRE-ORDER: that means it is out of stock. If we have been provided a ship date by the manufacturer or supplier, we will show it but it is an estimate. We will remove the preorder status when it arrives. This will allow you to place your order for this item - it is not a guarantee it is in stock or we can provide a solid ship date. This is especially true with DCC items these days of parts shortages. Please contact us if you have questions.

 

  • ADD TO WISHLIST: Worst case scenario, tends to be extensive lead-times from supplier. You cannot order these items but you can add to your wishlist and be notified when they arrive. Send us an email and we'll see if we can get information for you. We do not use this for NCE items as we never know what will be ready tomorrow.

 

  • PRICING: Due to numerous price increases these days, orders placed as "Pre-Order" are subject to change. We will do our best to honor them but when a company raises the price 20% such as TCS, we can't absorb that. We do not raise our selling price until we purchase inventory at higher cost as most retailers do. 

 

We sell our products on multiple sites, therefore we have disabled most inventory counts on this site. In the event we do not have your item in stock, we will notify you when it will be back in stock and approximate shipping date.

Shipping Fees:

Order total under $49.00 shipping will be charged. In many cases the charge will be less than the actual shipping rate we pay.

Orders over $49.00 receive free STANDARD shipping in the USA. You may upgrade to Priority Mail on the checkout page.

If we ship a partial order due to a backorder at your request, the backordered items will/may be subject to $49 minimum for free shipping or a shipping charge. Each shipment MUST meet the $49 for free shipping.

* There are a few items that may be excluded from free shipping due to size or weight of the item.

Shipping:

For International shipments, we cannot file a claim with the insurance provider until 30 days have passed.

Our shipping partners are USPS, FedEX, and UPS. International shipments use First Class International and Priority Mail International. Express Mail is an option, please contact us. International shipments are insured for your protection. STANDARD shipping for free shipping is OUR choice of carrier and service, If you require a specific carrier, we will bill you the difference from our rate to your rate via paypal invoice. Please contact us for more details prior to placing order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. a 15% restocking fee applies, but will be waived when processing an exchange. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your order had free shipping, we will deduct the shipping we paid from your refund. Return shipping charges are the responsiblilty of the buyer at all times. We suggest you use a shipper that offers tracking information for your protection.

We do not accept returns on opened items or if packaging has been damaged.

If you find you item is defective, please contact us. Many manufacturers REQUIRE you to send to them. If you decide to send to us, we charge a fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

JANUARY 2021: WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE UK DUE TO NEW REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE ORDER AT OUR EBAY STORE.

SEPTEMBER 2021: USPS has stopped shipments to Australia and New Zealand. Contact us for optional methods BEFORE ordering.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not ship to countries that our insurance provider has blocked coverage. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
