Shipping Fees:

Order total under $49.00 shipping will be charged. In many cases the charge will be less than the actual shipping rate we pay.

Orders over $49.00 receive free STANDARD shipping in the USA. You may upgrade to Priority Mail on the checkout page.

If we ship a partial order due to a backorder at your request, the backordered items will may be subject to $49 minimum for free shipping or a shipping charge. 

* There are a few items that may be excluded from free shipping due to size or weight of the item.


Due to current USPS delays, we ask your patience on your delivery. Please don't ask us to go find it...that's just silly. 99% of orders are not affected, but asking us to issue a refund after 3 days is unrealistic. Tracking information is provided for every order. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will work with you. For International shipments, we cannot file a claim with the insurance until 30 days have passed.

Our primary shipping partner is USPS. We use First Class Mail, Priority Mail for USA shipments. International shipments use First Class International and Priority Mail International. Express Mail is an option, please contact us. International shipments are insured for your protection. We occasionally use Fedex for some shipments, but with their high rates, it's rare. STANDARD shipping for free shipping is OUR choice of carrier and service, If you require a specific carrier, we will bill you the difference from our rate to your rate via paypal invoice. Please contact us for more details prior to placing order.

Order Fulfillment:

When you see "ADD TO CART", this means that the item has been in stock within the last 24 hours or so. If it says "PRE-ORDER" that means it is temporarily out of stock but expected very soon. If you place an order on a pre-order item and then ask us to cancel, you will be charged a 3% fee. This is the fee that our payment processors charge that is not refunded when you cancel an order. We cannot pay these fees if you change your mind about waiting. If you see "Pre-order" and would like an idea of when it can be filled, contact us FIRST. Once we get tracking information from our suppliers, we are adding the date the carrier says it will be delivered. If it says "ADD TO WISHLIST" then we don't have a date from the manufacturer and feel it will be an extended period. Send us an email and we'll get an update for you. We sell our products on multiple sites, therefore we have disabled inventory controls on this site. In the event we do not have your item in stock, we will notify you when it will be back in stock and approximate shipping date. You have the option to cancel the order at any time prior to us printing the shipping label. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. a 15% restocking fee applies, but will be waived when processing an exchange. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your order had free shipping, we will deduct the shipping we paid from your refund. Return shipping charges are the responsiblilty of the buyer at all times. We suggest you use a shipper that offers tracking information for your protection.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (usually less than 5 business days). Refund will be same method as payment made.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not ship to countries that our insurance provider has blocked coverage. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Store Credits / Refunds

Due to payment processors not refunding transaction fees, refunds will be applied as store credit in many cases. This is typically if we are issuing a small credit for shipping charge credit, etc. If an order is 100% cancelled, refund will be made back to payment type. Please contact us as this can vary on a case by case basis.
