Our side of the story:
The listing clearly showed $1.95 shipping, which cost us $2.04 to ship it (plus packaging fees), it was shipped First Class as selected by the buyer. First Class is NOT a guaranteed delivery date service.
So shipping rate is shown and paid for, buyer chooses a non-guaranteed sevice and leaves negative feedback?
I don't get it....

Our side of the story:
This person is amazing - He ordered Scenic Express Plaster Cloth and was upset that there was loose plaster in the packaging due to "shipping damage" and that the USPS plays kickball with shipments. Then I was called stupid and told I am the reason the hobby of Model Railroading is dying! He felt it should be packed in a box with peanuts to protect it. That's not how Scenic Express ships it, so by the time it arrives to us, I'll bet a little plaster might be loose - It's the nature of this product. He also told me that Woodland Scenics has the same problem - Actually the problem is him. Grumpy old man syndrome. I found him online, he has a beautiful layout - too bad he's just plain nuts. Must be smokin' that Colorado stuff.
I banned him from all future purchases - I don't have time for people like that in my life.
